Rectangular traffic mirror in the highest quality, AISI304 grade, stainless steel with a red-white reflective edge made of ABS plastic.

This mirror´s dimensions are of 450x600 mm, which allows for an approximate viewing distance of 12 meters. The mirror can be used for both indoor or outdoor applications due to its construction resistant to environmental influences.

Traffic mirrors are the solution to areas, where crossing or exits from garages/roads are not completely visible to the driver. The mirrors provide an expansion of the field of view and thus prevent potentially dangerous accidents. Other potential applications include warehouses and industrial facilities among others. The reflective red-white frame makes it easy to notice for the drivers.

The surface of this unbreakable convex mirror is slightly curved and highly polished. In fact, the reflectiveness of stainless steel has been proven to increase with time, making for an excellent long-lasting product whose effectiveness does not deteriorate. Stainless steel mirrors are unbreakable, as required by the IFS (International Food Standard).

The back of this stainless steel mirror has corresponding holes for attaching the included adjustable bracket that allows mounting to a pole/pipe (Ø 76 mm).

A bracket for fixing to a wall is available as a separate accessory.

The difference lies in the material that the reflective surface is made of. These different materials all have different properties related to durability, strength, and reflectiveness that in turn make them more suitable for one specific application over the other.

Glass is the most reflective material available but also the most fragile.
Polished stainless steel is second in reflectiveness but highest in durability and strength. It is usually more expensive though.
Acrylic and polycarbonate both have comparable reflectiveness and durability levels yet polycarbonate is more resistant to impact and therefore a bit more expensive too.

Install a mirror: Is it easy install and maintain it?

Yes it is, the security mirrors come with pre-drilled holes and in most of the cases include either a wall mount bracket, a holder or pipe clip. Therefore, it is relatively quick and easy to install them with the right equipment. The mirrors maintenance is also easy since they can be cleaned with just warm water and soap.
